Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-8 business days.

Shipping times will vary based on the customer's location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

International shipping is available at an additional cost. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide an estimated restocking date or offer a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags attached.

Sale items and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

If the return is a result of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label and the return shipping cost will be waived.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
